The Rogue River is one of the original eight Wild and Scenic Rivers. It has been popular with river runners since the 1920’s when people such as Zane Gray floated it for fishing and outdoor recreation. There is enough whitewater to keep things moving along, and Blossom Bar is certainly worthy of a few stories around the campfire. But as long as you pay attention, it has a nice route through it.
