Grade level is optional – many teams included it last year, but not all.  The letter in the  'a1' designation  may be upper or lower case.  Same for the  sex (which should be 'm' or 'f').  The skier's name should be Last name, First name, with the leading letters capitalized. Please check your spelling carefully. Extra spaces may be put in names as necessary, although names are truncated at 20 characters total.  (e.g. Von Trapp, Mary Anne)

Files should be saved in Excel format.  If you are using the ‘Numbers’ spreadsheet program on a Mac, please save the file in Excel format.  If you don’t know how to do that, check with someone.  It’s quite straightforward.

The results will be posted online with the names in this same format, making it easy to prepare the next week's startlist.  Detailed instructions for efficient use of the spreadsheet are found on the 'Docs' worksheet of the Results spreadsheet.

Thank you for your attention to the details in this.  Entries submitted in an accurate, timely manner allow us to create accurate startlists and bib sets with a limited number of volunteers.
